Architecture and Interiors, perhaps not in a pure sense because of its technical and functional requirements, but due to its form and materials are similar to sculpture. Her aim is to always “sculpt humanistic spaces” that transform the experience of an individual to sublime joy. The firm’s “soul- searching” spirit permeates in their design with a continuous strive to contribute change in the cultural ethos of society and the nation at large.

My role as a Role Model

I would like to mentor young women for work-life balance.

I’m deeply inspired by

Mr. Daisaku Ikeda (a Japenese Buddhist philosopher, prolific writer, poet, educator who dedicated his life wholeheartedly to ensure spread of peace around the world).

Architect I admire

Shimul Javeri Kadri, Nari Gandhi & Zaha Hadid

I dream...

Th ere is no dream. However, there are prayers to be able to take action and create value each day.

Message to upcoming architects

Good intention and action will always produce good results.

Importance of women only platforms.

The world has transformed over several years to accept women in powerful work positions. However, there may be still some barriers or issues to be addressed which may be related with their gender specifically. These difficulties may not be experienced by everyone in the profession. However in the process of sharing or answering queries, women can find solutions to the problems they are facing.

Best experience at work.

Best work experiences arise from where the client who is cultured, refined and is aware of the dynamics of working with labour and law of the land is able to conduct with a spirit which is in the best interest of the project.

Opinion about WADe India
